ENV Media is pleased to announce that it has secured a game-changing strategic partnership with KTO Group, a leader in the Brazilian Igaming industry. The joint venture allows ENV to expand its geographical footprint into one of the hottest Igaming markets in the world, Brazil.

The parties have agreed on a joint venture agreement which allows ENV to optimize and improve KTOs current front-end, including the site architecture, product and content optimization as well as improve the user journey with better UX/UI, HTML markups and redirect logic.
In addition to the above, ENV Media will take full ownership of all marketing activities related to improving KTO’s share of voice in search engines and increasing the acquisition metrics from Organic and Referral channels.

The two parties have also agreed to further strengthen the partnership by launching a new brand called 7JP.com.
7JP will be launched on KTO Group’s current platform, meaning that we will utilize KTO’s leading position in Brazil and thanks to their own developed technology and experience, can effectively adapt the product offering to the Brazilian markets and offer a fully localized product the same day

In addition to the above, the parties have agreed to use ENV’s own developed front-end that is tailor-made for increasing the share of voice in search engines and in the long-term creating rapid growth through the organic channel.
