About the Role

As the Editor in Chief you’re responsible for all content activities related to SevenJackopts.com Brazil, the role combines researching, outreach, strategic planning, and content creation which requires a proactive mindset and a willingness always to create trustworthy and unique content.

As the Editor in Chief, you work closely with the Head of SEO and Country Manager to ensure that our content strategies are being executed and implemented according to ENV’s best practice

Areas of responsibilities

Ensure that the content published on sevenjackpots.com in Brazil follows ENV’s templates and overall SEO strategy:

Manage content calendar, together with stakeholders, based on acquisition opportunities and EAT topics.
Collaborate with ENV’s partners and providers to create trustworthy content based on internal and external data points.
Identify new partners and providers in Brazil that are in line with ENV’s strategy to create trustworthy, unique and authoritative content.
Write news and opinion pieces based on relevant topics, industry news and local events in Brazil.
Ensure that findings from research papers and case studies are being quoted and implemented across all North Stars and EAT pages.
Create, execute, and manage unique prompt strategies for inputting data into an AI language model to develop on-page and off-page SEO-optimised content relevant to the casino industry.
Edit, update and maintain a comprehensive database of unique data points that will be used to enrich AI-generated content for on-page and off-page content.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field will be a plus but is not necessary.
Proficient in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
Familiarity with the mechanics of ChatGPT or other AI language models will be a plus.
Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and performance reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of managing multiple tasks while meeting challenging deadlines.
Self-motivated, independent and results-driven, with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
360 mindset is required to understand the entire process across all markets and projects.
